Job Summary The Global Design & Construction team (GDC) is responsible for planning, designing and delivering the worlds most interconnected data centers. Our global footprint includes more than 270 data centers across ~35 countries and ~75 metros. Our goals are to deliver more reliable and flexible capacity to the business, faster and cheaper.

GDC is seeking an experienced leader responsible for leading the modernization of our data analytics capabilities and driving our AI transformation. This role is accountable for transforming fragmented data and reporting into secure, automated, and insight‑driven analytics platforms. Lead analytics strategy, aligned to business priorities and transformation objectives Translate business complexity into clear, decision‑ready insights for senior leadership Lead adoption of advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and self‑service reporting to improve efficiency and insight quality Help maintain reporting standards, metric definitions, and sources of truth Shape analytics architecture principles that balance scalability, performance, and usability Own analytics access and security models, including role‑based access and compliance‑driven design Govern a portfolio of analytics and transformation initiatives, prioritizing work based on business value Balance near‑term delivery with long‑term platform health and scalability Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on performance, trends, risks,
