Compensation

- Base Salary: CAD $110,000 – $120,000 / year + bonus

Role Overview

Leads all F&B; operations at a high-volume, multi-outlet luxury hotel, reporting to the GM. Executive Chef reports into this role. Currently overseeing a major restaurantrenovation/repositioning and lounge relaunch, alongside a strong banquet and events business.

Key Deliverables

- Own P&L; and drive profitability across restaurants, lounge, and banquets
- Lead the restaurant repositioning/reopening and lounge relaunch, including concept andmenu development




- Oversee a high-volume banquet and wedding business across event spaces
- Contribute to annual budget, marketing, and capital planning
- Build competitive positioning through menus, local partnerships, and market analysis

Required Qualifications

- Substantial progressive F&B; leadership experience in luxury hotels
- Proven multi-outlet management with strong beverage programming
- Strong commercial acumen - pricing, revenue management, cost control, P&L; ownership
- Experience with restaurant openings/renovations a plus
- Legally eligible to work in Canada - no visa sponsorship
