Position Summary...

The Director, Gift Cards & Services is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy, growth, profitability, and financial results of Walmart Canada’s Gift Card and Services portfolio. This includes 3rd party and proprietary gift cards including: closed-loop and open-loop gift cards, protection plans, ATM, Gift Registry and emerging financial services initiatives. The role is accountable for continually identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen business results, and achieve the desired growth targets across all businesses.

The role combines commercial ownership, partner management, risk oversight, cross-functional leadership, and people leadership to drive customer value, mitigate fraud, and expand Walmart’s position in financial services and payments. Success will require close collaboration with key Walmart partners across Merchandising, Store Operations, eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology,



while leading and developing a high-performing team that can unlock enterprise growth opportunities and deliver measurable business results.

- Lead the end-to-end strategy and P&L; for: Proprietary gift cards including: Retail, B2B, Digital Gift Cards, Out of Store and Directed Spend
