We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service and hospitality, with experience in cooking, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support banquet and catering events by preparing large quantities of food as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and workstations.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred.
- Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
