Drifter Brew Co. is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team.

This is an significant behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our kitchen organized, clean, and running smoothly. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who isn't afraid to hustle, jump in, and help the team wherever needed.

What You'll Do

- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dish area spotless, organized, and moving efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with garbage, recycling, and general cleaning duties.
- Help with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks when needed.
- Restock dishes and supplies throughout the shift.
- Support cooks and other kitchen team members during busy periods.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.




- Help with end-of-night kitchen cleaning and closing duties.

What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive, team-first attitude.
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.
- Able to stay organized and keep moving during high-volume periods.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Available for evenings and weekends.
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.

Pay: $15.90 per hour
