Responsibilities

- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items to support the culinary team.
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and ensuring all food items meet quality standards before service.
- Maintain organized storage of supplies, ingredients, and equipment to promote a secure and productive kitchen environment.
- Follow proper food handling procedures during meal prep to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen clean and environmentally responsible.

Qualifications
