Duties

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are stored properly after cleaning.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff.
- Help keep the kitchen organized by disposing of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a protected working environment.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Skills

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards.
