Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable AZ driver for local deliveries in the Hamilton steel and industrial sector using Roll-Tite 5-axle trailers.

This is a minimally supervised, hands-on position suited for a driver who can work independently, manage their time, and safely handle deliveries from pickup to drop-off.

Loads must be secured using chains and straps. The Roll-Tite system eliminates traditional tarping.

Paid Training is provided.

Compensation

- Paid per load (contract work)
- Hourly pay begins after the first 2 hours of each job
- Weekly pay
- Local work — home daily

Note: Pay structure reflects the nature of contract steel hauling.

Mandatory Training provided

- Two-week hands-on training period provided
- Instruction on Roll-Tite operation and load securement
- Ongoing guidance as needed

Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailer
- Secure loads using chains, straps, and binders
- Operate Roll-Tite trailer system
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections
- Complete required paperwork accurately
- Maintain equipment in safe condition
- Deliver loads safely and on time
- Follow all safety regulations

Requirements
- Valid AZ driver’s license




- Clean driving record (abstract required)
- Physically capable of securement work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience Level Must be able to drive Manuel transmission

New drivers are encouraged to apply.
