CORE & MAIN CANADA is currently looking for a full-time DZ driver at our Kitchener Branch. On top of driving duties this role will also require the support of warehouse shipping and receiving obligations.

Job type: Full- time, permanent, Monday to Friday

Hourly wage: $20 - $28

Responsibilities and Duties are to include:

- Loading/ unloading shipments
- Operating a forklift and heavy lifting (50+ pounds)
- Verifying incoming and outgoing materials
- Local deliveries and pick ups
- Keeping an up-to-date and accurate log book
- Can properly load and secure (straps) before a delivery
- Can pick and pull an order for customer fulfillment
- Safely operates and ensures ongoing maintenance of company vehicles
- Communicates with customers in a qualified manner and delivers excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a productive manner with little supervision

Qualifications and experience





- Class DZ license

- Clean drivers abstract
- Minimum 3 years professional drivers experience
- Forklift operator certificate is an asset (training provided)

- Experience strapping flatbed truck
- Ability to work in inclement weather as required
