We are seeking an educator with proven skills moving between spaces and supporting children's primary educators to implement and evaluate curriculum for children 12 months to 5 years and/or 5 years to 12 years, with social and emotional well-being as the foundation.

We have a preferred start date of August 31, but would consider an alternative date for the right candidate.

Building respectful partnerships with children, family, and team is a vital component of this role.

Hours of work will vary between 7am and 530pm. We engage in professional reflection twice per month on Monday evenings from 530pm to 7pm. The starting hourly range for this position is $23.25 per hour (based on level two certification and including wage top-up), with regular opportunities for wage increases.

Qualifications:





- Early Childhood Educator Level 1 certification is required; Level 2 is preferred
- Experience working with young children in a child care setting

Successful candidates will: Have knowledge in the following areas:

- Flight
- Child development theories and practices
- Developmentally appropriate program planning
- Relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Technology, including Google platforms

Be required to provide current:
- Police Information Check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Child Intervention Record Check
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
