Job Description

The ideal physician will provide full-scope family practice on a part-time or full-time basis at WELL Health – Dunbar Medical Clinic. The position includes a small walk-in component. The team ensures a smooth transition and provides flexible schedule, allowing you to master your own schedule.

Compensation & Overhead Agreement

Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – Competitive* . Bi-Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN). Coordination through the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details





- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts; clinic has 10 exam rooms available
- Shared office space
- Multidisciplinary, multi‑physician clinic with a collegiate atmosphere
- Virtual and telehealth options available
- EMR: Juno

Qualifications & Expectations

- Full-scope family physician experience (part-time or full-time)
- Comfort with walk-in care
- Ability to work flexibly and program own schedule
- Collaboration with a physician-focused MOA support team
