Duties

- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Support children during daily routines such as snack time, nap time, and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Engage children in interactive learning experiences that incorporate basic math concepts, language development, and creative play
- Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere
- Support children with diverse needs,



including those with disabilities, by implementing individualized strategies under supervision
- Observe and document children's progress to inform teaching strategies and support developmental milestones

Skills

- Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood settings is highly valued
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to assist with teaching foundational skills in math, literacy, and social-emotional learning
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining a lively and positive classroom environment
