Metro Animal Emergency Clinic is Nova Scotia's only privately-owned hospital dedicated exclusively to emergency and critical care for companion animals. We work closely with veterinary clinics across Halifax and the surrounding region.

Role Description

We're looking for a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team in the Halifax area. You'll manage emergency and critical cases — diagnosis, treatment, emergency surgery, and clear communication with pet owners and your colleagues.

Qualifications

- Full veterinary license to practice medicine in Canada
- 2+ years of emergency clinical experience and comfort with emergency surgery
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
