supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune (phone hidden) companies to small and mid‑sized organizations in Canada/US. We currently have a fulltime, permanent role with our large consulting client in the Greater Toronto Area as a Delivery Lead – SAP Solutions.

Delivery Lead – SAP Solutions

Salary:

$90,000 – $110,000 + commissions and bonus + benefits

Location:

Remote but travel to client sites in the GTA is required

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Delivery Lead to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of SAP projects, from initiation to completion

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Ensure project documentation is completed and maintained according to company standards

Communicate project status, risks,



and issues to stakeholders, including clients and senior management

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver projects successfully

Conduct regular project reviews and implement process improvements as needed

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve project delivery processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, preferably with SAP projects

Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

SAP certification is a plus
