We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team on a full time contract basis. This is a remote role based in Ontario, Canada, with an immediate start preferred.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across software engineering, data, product, AI, sales, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates and assess technical experience, communication skills, and role fit.
- Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity within the ATS.




- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver qualified candidates quickly.

Requirements

- Experience in technical recruitment or technology talent sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Previous startup recruitment experience is preferred.
- Must be based in Ontario and available to join immediately.
