Prevost , a division of Volvo Group Canada Inc., is looking for a
Branch Manager
for its Mississauga Service Center.
What You Will Do The Branch Manager has a key role in the Volvo Group, Prevost Division to develop and mobilize the members of their team to meet business goals and ensure repeat business and continued customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site leadership, motivation and direction for the branch staff
Expand the customer base and branch profitability
Lead and foster winning teams cross‑functionally, while challenging the status quo
Implement improvements and efficiencies in the branch
Develop personal, professional and technical skills for themselves and their team on an ongoing basis
Resolve conflicts between team members and customers
Promote teamwork within a demanding workplace
Maintain a business owner mentality with strong financial acumen
Interpret Profit & Loss statements and develop strategies to exploit market opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, rules and values
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
Benefits
Permanent position
Salary between $120,000 and $150,000 per year
Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation

Qualifications
10 years of industry‑related experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred or equivalent training
Excellent knowledge of the bus, truck, and/or automotive industry
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
Negotiation skills – ability to balance both sides of the sales equation (customer / business objectives)
SAP software knowledge is a plus
