At StepStones for Youth, we believe every young person deserves a steady, caring adult in their corner. Our Mentorship Program connects youth involved in the child welfare system with long-term, one-to-one mentors who provide guidance, friendship, and consistent support across all areas of life.About the RoleAs a StepStones mentor, you'll be matched with a youth and meet with them every 2–3 weeks for approximately 3–4 hours. What you do during that time is up to you both — grabbing a meal, exploring the city, working toward goals, or simply spending quality time together. The most significant thing you bring is consistency and genuine care.This isn't a short-term commitment. We're looking for mentors who are ready to be a lasting presence in a young person's life — someone they can count on not just this year, but for years to come.Who We're Looking For25 years of age or olderLocated in the GTA, Durham, Peel, York,
