The ideal candidate brings strong domain expertise in risk, governance, and compliance platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements for Risk Management programsWork closely with stakeholders to translate risk and compliance needs into actionable specificationsSupport eGRC platform implementation, configuration, and enhancement initiativesLiaise with onshore business/technology teams and offshore delivery teamsPrepare process flows, gap analyses, and requirement traceability documentationSupport UAT, defect triage, and production rollout activities.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with significant exposure to Risk Management domainsHands-on knowledge of eGRC tools (e.G., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream,
