About Ethan leads the CDO’s data, systems, and operations strategy, partnering closely with the team to design, build, and maintain the tools, resources, and analytical projects and resources that shape how students engage with career development at Harris. Ethan supports communications and project management across employer and student stakeholders, leads career outcome collection and analysis, and supports students though career coaching—specifically on case interview preparation. Previously, Ethan taught middle school math in Indianapolis, counseled clients as a licensed therapist, advised students academically and in their careers at Loyola University Chicago, and was a career coach at Harris. Ethan holds a BS in psychology from the University of Florida and a Master's-level degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University Chicago
