Located near Altona, MB, you'll work Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. This role requires troubleshooting, effective problem-solving, and a solid understanding of laser technology to maintain quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot programming or cutting issues as they arise
- Replace miscut parts to uphold quality standards
- Assist in materials management and waste reduction
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the team lead for smooth production flow Requirements:
- Knowledge of materials and their properties
- Experience with laser and plasma cutting operations
- Strong technical skills; able to read drawings
- Forklift & Crane License required
