At Tap & Barrel Group, we believe people who really care do it better. That philosophy is at the heart of everything we do, from the way we welcome guests to the way we support one another as a team. As one of Canada's Best Managed Companies (Deloitte Platinum-Level Recognized), we're passionate about creating exceptional hospitality experiences across our restaurants. Every event is an opportunity to create meaningful connections and lasting memories for our guests.
As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing those experiences to life. Reporting to the Event Manager, you'll manage event inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate details with our Operations and Culinary teams, conduct site visits, and guide guests from their first inquiry through to successful event execution. Supporting events across multiple Tap & Barrel Group locations, you'll help deliver everything from corporate meetings and networking events to holiday parties, celebrations, and large-scale receptions.
No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and seeing every detail come together.
If you're the type of person who loves building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in being part of the seamless execution that makes every event memorable, we'd love to meet you.
