In this role, you will administer medications, review support plans, and ensure residents receive assistance with daily activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications per legislative requirements
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Monitor and document residents’ vitals and behaviors
• Escort residents to appointments and activities
• Respond promptly to nursing call systems

Requirements:
• High School Diploma and PSW program completion
• Certification in Medication Administration
• First Aid and CPR certified
• 600 hours of related experience in a geriatric setting
• Valid work eligibility in Canada
