In this full-time role, reporting to the Director of R&D; and Technical Services, your expertise will shape new and existing product formulations across several categories. You will apply your 5-10 years of R&D; experience to optimize formulations based on scientific principles and foster compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create cutting-edge formulations for consumer care products
• Ensure product design meets client performance and quality requirements
• Analyze interactions affecting product stability and safety




• Research current raw materials and optimize current formulations
• Maintain laboratory documentation and support scale-up activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• 5–10 years in R&D; preferably in consumer products
• Strong foundation in formulation with detergents and emulsifiers
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
