The Royal

College of Art is looking for an Executive Education Events & Communications Administrator to join our Research & Innovation team. As the world's leading university of art and design, the RCA delivers innovative Executive Education programmes that help professionals, organisations and leaders develop creative thinking and human‑centred approaches to today's challenges. Each year, we welcome over 1,500 participants from more than 60 countries to our portfolio of executive programmes, short courses, masterclasses and events.

Working within our commercially focused Executive Education team, you'll provide essential administrative and communications support across a busy programme of online, hybrid and on‑campus courses and events. From coordinating event logistics and responding to participant enquiries to creating engaging marketing content, recruiting participants for the portfolio of 15‑20 open courses and maintaining our extensive customer database, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for our global audiences. This is a varied role combining administration, event support and digital communications.

You'll help manage concurrent projects,



support the delivery of executive education programmes, coordinate surveys and participant feedback, maintain marketing data and contribute to growing awareness of the RCA's Executive Education offer through social media, newsletters and web content. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable organising the details behind successful events as they are creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital channels. You'll work closely with colleagues across the College, including academics, professional services teams and the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring our Executive Education portfolio continues to grow and thrive.

The ideal candidate will

- Be able to confidently liaise with customers, clients and academics across multiple projects at any given time.
- Be able to respond to customer enquiries efficiently and be able to distribute accordingly.
- Have administrative skills with the ability to prioritise a complex workload and take the initiative.
- Have experience of supporting the delivery of in‑person and/or online courses or events.
- Be familiar with social media marketing, with editing and writing skills.




- Be able to design and edit digital marketing assets for advertising, social media and webpages using software such as Adobe (eg.

Adobe

InDesign or similar) and/or Canva.

- Be familiar with digital learning and communications platforms that may include Zoom, Miro, Slack, VLE.

Experience within higher education, marketing, events or executive education is desirable, as is an interest in contemporary art, design and culture.

Experience using email marketing platforms, social media management tools and website analytics would also be an advantage.
