Overview

We are an exciting Bistro located in Tecumseh and are looking for a server with bartending & barista experience to join our team! We are a small family owned and operated business specializing in European cuisine. We offer a unique and delicious menu, amazing atmosphere and a positive work environment.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for food, a focus to provide each guest the best possible experience delivering exceptional customer service, enthusiastic to learn new things and remain calm & organized under pressure.

Duties

- Have a great understanding of our menu and offer detailed information, upsell, educate and offer various food and drink selections to our guests.
- Create, prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, tea, specialty drinks and cocktails following recipes
- Knowledge on operating an espresso machine is a bonus.




- Monitoring guests' satisfaction levels and responding promptly to any requests or concerns
- Managing table turnovers efficiently and accurately handling payments and cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Familiarity with the food industry standards and practices
- Work as team player by bussing and resetting tables, greeting and seating guests, running food when required and helping on dishes.

Qualifications:
- Serving - 2 Years (Required)
- Bartending - 1 Year (Required)
- Smart Serve Certified (Required)
