The Facilities
Manager will oversee all aspects of building functionality and upkeep, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. With a minimum of 10 years in facilities management, your skills in HVAC, plumbing, and project management will support efficient building operations. Leading a team of facilities staff, you play a crucial role in addressing and resolving facility needs to meet the community's demands. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance
- Manage cleaning, waste disposal, and energy monitoring
- Negotiate contracts with service providers
- Oversee facility renovation projects Requirements:
- 10+ years of facilities management experience
