As the Facilities & Property Manager, your role encompasses a blend of direct maintenance work and the supervision of external contractors. With 3–7+ years of relevant experience, you will maintain a proactive approach in managing safety and functionality across all properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating tenant support and implementing preventative maintenance to ensure long-term stability and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
