Halcyon Health Family Clinics is a growing primary care practice in Caledon East, Ontario. We are building a patient-centred family medicine service focused on accessible, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare for individuals and families within our community.

As we expand our physician team, we are seeking Family Physicians / General Practitioners interested in building and managing a patient panel within a supportive and modern clinical environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We particularly welcome applications from:

- Physicians already practising in Canada who hold the appropriate registration/licence to practise medicine in Ontario.
- Canadian-trained physicians and Family Medicine residents approaching completion of their training.
- UK-trained General Practitioners and physicians who are considering relocating to Ontario, Canada.
- Internationally trained physicians from Europe, Africa and other regions who are interested in pursuing a medical career in Ontario and are eligible, or working towards eligibility, for the appropriate Canadian/Ontario registration and licensing pathway.

International applicants are welcome to express their interest; however, successful candidates must obtain the necessary registration, licensing and authorization to practise medicine in Ontario before commencing clinical practice.

The Opportunity

Depending on your interests and availability, the role may include:
- Providing comprehensive family medicine and primary care services.
- Building and managing your own patient roster.
- Preventative healthcare and chronic disease management.
- Routine examinations and health assessments.
- Women's and men's health.
- Paediatric and family healthcare.
- Referrals and coordination with specialists and other healthcare professionals.




- Reviewing laboratory and diagnostic results.
- Providing virtual and in-person consultations where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care.

Qualifications Candidates practising independently as physicians at Halcyon Health must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the appropriate registration and authorization required to practise medicine in Ontario.

International Physicians We recognise the considerable experience that internationally trained physicians can bring to Canadian healthcare.

We therefore welcome expressions of interest from qualified physicians currently practising in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and other international jurisdictions who are considering relocating to Canada.
