Help Wanted - Farm Hand/ Equipment Operator

Location: Leosta Farms Inc. – Binbrook, On

Hours: Part-time / Full-time /Seasonal

Leosta Farms Inc. is a family run cash crop farm operating in the Binbrook/ Ancaster area. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. On the job training available.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: operating and maintaining contemporary farm equipment equipped with GPS and data logging systems, as well as driving and maintaining semi trucks and trailers for hauling grain, seed, fertilizer, and equipment. Assist with the planting and harvesting of corn, soybeans, and wheat. Maintain and repair farm drainage systems. Perform regular equipment checks, including greasing,



minor repairs, and washing

Requirements

Valid G license required

Available to work long hours during peak seasons required

AZ license preferred but not required—willing to assist the right candidate in obtaining one

Experience operating farm equipment and/or driving trucks is preferred

Work Schedule

Busy Seasons (Spring/Fall): Long hours expected

Off-Season (winter): Flexible hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
