and consultants on variation impactsSupport cost/budget forecasting tied to variations (works alongside a separate cost team)Conduct risk assessment on variationsMaintain variation records/documentation; report to senior managementOwn the variations management planQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field8–10 years construction PM experience, large infrastructure (rail/transit preferred)3–5 years commercial experience specifically in contract/change managementStrong contract-reading ability and contract law familiarityExposure to estimating and schedule analysisONLY those eligible to work in Canada will be considered for this position and only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
