Speedy Concrete Ltd, located at 11615 Eburne Way, Richmond, BC V6V 2M1, Canada, is seeking to hire 1 full time Concrete Products Inspector to join our team. This is a permanent position offering $37.50 per hour for 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must have a secondary (high school graduation) certificate or equivalent experience and be able to communicate in English. The candidate must also have 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience. This is an on-site position requiring availability for early morning, morning, day, evening, and overtime shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

- Perform audits of ready-mix concrete plant facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Test and verify concrete products during batching and on-site, ensuring compliance with CSA standards.
- Advise supervisors, central control operators, and machine operators of problems or product deficiencies




- Grade and label raw materials or finished products
- Take samples during or after processing for routine or laboratory analysis
- Test products for strength, density, durability, and conformity to specifications
- Monitor and inspect the quality of materials produced
- Develop quality management and quality assurance standards
- Ensure products meet established quality standards
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Collect samples and perform laboratory tests
