All Ways of Caring is seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and approachable HR Officer to support our human resources operations in Regina, Saskatchewan. The HR Officer will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, workplace policies, performance documentation, and employee relations. The successful candidate will work closely with management and employees to support a professional, respectful, and well organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including preparing job postings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Prepare employment letters, internal HR documents, and employee communications
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Respond to employee questions regarding workplace policies, procedures, attendance, and general HR matters
- Assist management with performance documentation, employee concerns,



and corrective action processes
- Monitor employee documentation and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Support attendance, leave, and employee availability tracking
- Assist with the development, review, and implementation of workplace policies and procedures
- Help coordinate employee training, evaluations, and career development activities
- Prepare HR reports and maintain organized recruitment and employee information
- Ensure HR activities are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements
- Perform other related human resources and administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Previous experience working in Human Resources is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
