Join the award‑winning team at the Renaissance Edmonton Airport as our Food & Beverage Manager. Lead HALO Bar|Bistro — a stylish 150‑seat restaurant and bar — while overseeing extensive banquet operations across 20,000 sq ft. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead and develop F&B; teams across HALO Bar|Bistro, In‑Room Dining, Club Lounge, and Banquets.
- Manage daily restaurant operations for a busy 150‑seat venue with a focus on beverage program and brand identity.
- Oversee banquet operations across 20,000 sq ft — staffing, setup, execution, and client relations.
- Control labor and operational costs through scheduling, budgeting, and smart purchasing.
- Collaborate with Exec Chef & DOFB to create compelling menus and beverage lists that drive repeat business.
- Maintain high guest engagement and service standards; handle guest feedback professionally.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with health,
safety, and licensing regulations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
- 3–5 years’ progressive F&B; management experience, ideally with restaurant & event exposure.
- Proven event booking/creation experience in a restaurant setting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Passion for building beverage programs and elevating guest experiences.
