How you can make an impact

- Territory Coverage: Greater Montreal area, Halifax, Ottawa and Toronto
- Perform on‑site service efficiently and effectively on Eppendorf instruments and equipment, including installation, operator training, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, calibrations and part replacement – always following service manuals and technical procedures.
- Document and manage all service activities, billing and quality records accurately, whether working in‑house, at customer facilities or remotely, ensuring traceability and compliance with our quality standards.
- Plan and manage your schedule in close coordination with Dispatch and your Area Service Manager, maintaining accurate calendar entries and balancing workload to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships by combining excellent technical expertise with clear, proactive communication and a consistently skilled, “can‑do” attitude before, during, and after each service visit.
- Manage spare parts inventory and company assets

- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel frequently to the US as needed for training
- Verbal and written communication in English – Bilingual in French strongly preferred
- Associate’s degree (A.A.)
or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school – or comparable military training – combined with approximately three to five years of related field service experience and/or training. Combination of education and
- Strong hands‑on technical skills in installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair of instruments or equipment, with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
