We are currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join our team based at our Wellingborough site, with travel to customer locations also.

Key Responsibilities

- Travelling to site to inspect/repair to a high standard.
- Ensuring any parts or remedial works required are clearly and accurately stated.
- Reporting any difficulties and service updates.
- Recording work carried out and next steps.
- All work undertaken in line with H&S; procedures.
- Good and efficient communications with internal teams, installers and site contact.

Person Specification

- Full UK driving Licence – No more than six points.
- Minimum age of twenty-one to be able to drive company vans (this is for the company fleet insurance).
- Previous Experience in manufacturing and or fitting of Upvc window frames & doors.
- Ability to learn new products and manufacturing processes.
- A conscientious and enthusiastic attitude.
- Flexible and self-motivated in their approach to work.
- Good team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude to work.
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Working Hours & Pay

- Monday to Friday.
- Flexible start times and finish times will be required due to travel (note: travel time is allowed for in working hours)
- Overnight stays will be required.
- Salary: Competitive
