Field Service Engineer

What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Nova systems at customer sites.
- Perform equipment upgrades and support recent installations.
- Train customers and provide technical support.
- Partner with Engineering, Applications,
and Sales to resolve complex issues.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer support while following site safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of field service or semiconductor equipment experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Cleanroom experience and willingness to travel and support customers as needed.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, SECS/HSMS, and vacuum systems is a plus.
