We are seeking a Finance Systems & Business Analyst to join our Finance team and help optimize financial planning, business systems, reporting, and analytics across our growing multi-site manufacturing organization.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO),



the Finance Systems & Business Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, business systems optimization, and data analytics. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, enhance Epicor ERP and FP&A; capabilities, automate reporting, and provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Develop financial models and business performance analyses
- Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions

Finance Systems & Reporting

- Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Epicor FP&A;
- Optimize Epicor ERP processes and reporting capabilities
