OverviewHeadquartered in Toronto, the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is responsible for investing in new infrastructure projects. The CIB’s mission is to work with provincial, territorial, municipal, federal, Indigenous and private sector investor partners to transform the way infrastructure is planned, financed and delivered in Canada.The Analyst, Business Systems will be based in Toronto and report to the Manager, Information Technology. The Analyst is pivotal in documenting business requirements, designing, developing and supporting business applications. The Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure that solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, project managers, developers and technical teams to identify, document, as well as manage business requirements and specificationsEnsure business requirements are complete, correct, consistent, concise and achievable, securing sign‑off from business ownersEstablish and maintain strong partnerships with business users to determine optimal solutions for business and system needsSet stakeholder expectations appropriately and effectively communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiencesDesign, configure, as well as deploy custom applications and automated workflowsEnsure solutions are productive, compliant and meet business objectivesAct as a subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM and Charles River Private Markets (CRPM) applications and their integrations,



including data synchronization, error resolution and process optimizationCollaborate with CRPM teams to ensure accurate data mapping, timely refreshes and alignment with investment management workflowsProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting and guidance on business applicationsDesign, develop and deploy comprehensive reports using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, insightful visualization and actionable analyticsUtilize advanced reporting techniques to translate complex business requirements into clear, interactive dashboards and reportsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, training guides and FAQsIntegrate organizational change management practices into training and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user engagementWork effectively with cross‑functional teams to foster collaboration and drive resultsQualificationsOver five years of experience as an Analyst, Business SystemsUndergraduate degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance,



Computer Science or equivalentAble to work independently with excellent organizational and priority management skillsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSense of initiative, entrepreneurial spiritExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement modules) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)Experience with Charles River Private Markets or similar Investment Management systems, an assetCertification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform (e.G., PL‑200, MB‑210, PL‑400), an assetExperience with Business Central, an assetExperience with Azure services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.)Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M) and data modelling conceptsExperience with SQL and relational databasesDesign and maintain data pipelines using Fabric PipelinesUnderstanding of ETL processes and data warehousing principlesBest practices for governance and security for Power BIExperience in agile methodologies and project managementEnglish/French bilingualism, an assetWe thank you for your interest.
