Elevate your finance career as a Financial Analyst focusing on Capital Assets at UFA. This role involves capital planning, investment performance, and managing asset lifecycle processes efficiently. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Development, this position requires expertise across financial management and maintaining solid financial controls. You will support capital planning, project financial management, and fixed asset accounting.
Your role is vital in ensuring that capital investments are tracked and measured accurately against expected outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Asset Under Construction (AUC) process for accurate capitalization
- Oversee full asset lifecycle including creation and disposal
- Calculate and track key financial metrics like ROIC and EBITDA
- Prepare financial reports for decision-making by leaders
- Review accuracy of transactions and financial postings Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 3-5 years of finance and accounting experience
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation
- Proficient in SAP, D365, or IFS for project accounting
