The Butcher Chef is a boutique luxury steakhouse in downtown Toronto, known for milestone dining experiences, exceptional cuts of meat, refined seafood, and elevated hospitality. We are seeking polished, passionate Servers who thrive in a high-standard environment and understand that true luxury is in the details.

As a Server at The Butcher Chef, you will deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service that turns special occasions into unforgettable evenings. You’ll guide guests through premium menu offerings, curated wine and scotch selections, and provide seamless fine dining service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized service to every guest

Confidently explain menu items, cuts of steak, seafood features, cocktails, wine, and spirits

Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiencesMaintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced upscale setting

Execute precise steps of service and uphold presentation standards

Handle guest concerns gracefully and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of sections and service areas

What we’re looking for:





Previous serving experience in upscale or fine dining preferred

Solid food, wine, and beverage knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)

Excellent communication and guest connection skills

Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining high standards

Evening/weekend availability

Smart Serve certification required

Pay: $17.60-$24.95 per hour
