We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Proactive in handling operational tasks
- Assist in food preparation and cooking processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Operate POS systems efficiently
- Support in supervising kitchen staff when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Experience with a QSR is a plus
