This position within the Development Commitments section will see you evaluating applications and resolving challenges in development projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring The City’s interests are met through effective management of agreements, infrastructure information, and financial obligations. Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with business units and external partners on agreements
• Assess and write agreements related to land development




• Manage financial recoveries and issue necessary permits
• Provide infrastructure information for transactions
• Evaluate financial obligations and create payment processing
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in development experience
• Project Management Qualified designation preferred
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu or ArcGIS desired
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
