AutoTech Inc. is looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our automotive repair shop in West Kelowna.

This position is the first point of contact for our customers. We’re looking for someone who is confident speaking with customers, comfortable with sales, organized in a busy environment, and able to provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide qualified, friendly service
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Book and manage service appointments
- Explain recommended repairs and services to customers
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and recommended work
- Sell automotive maintenance and repair services
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repairs
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Process invoices and customer payments
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information




- Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable with sales
- Professional and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning automotive software
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Automotive knowledge or previous experience in a repair shop, dealership, parts department, or service advisor role is an asset
- Willingness to learn about automotive repairs and services
