As a Direct Buyer, you'll work closely with the Packaging and Ingredients Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities for multiple facilities. Your responsibilities include managing purchase order cycles and establishing robust supplier relationships. You'll also proactively tackle supply challenges to ensure operational continuity across production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage urgent supply challenges independently
• Collaborate on bids with suppliers
• Oversee the purchase order cycle from issuance to delivery
• Foster relationships with over 50 suppliers
• Optimize inventory levels and support new product development
Requirements:
• University degree in Operations Management or related field
• Minimum five years’ experience in procurement
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
