CoRecruit is a B2B AI platform that transforms how recruitment firms work. We automate call recording, intelligent note-taking, and seamless ATS data entry, giving recruiters back 8+ hours per week so they can focus on building relationships and closing placements.
We're growing quick, and we're looking for engineering talent who can fuel our product expansion. If you love solving hard problems and working on products that end users love, this is your role.
You'll help own the core of CoRecruit — overall system reliability, our servers and deployment pipeline, and core services like our Meeting Bot and VOIP. This is deliberately a hybrid application + DevOps role: some work is shared with the Apps team, but this team owns the foundation, and you'll do whatever the core needs. You'll work alongside our staff engineer. The team's scope may specialize as we grow, but for now it spans infrastructure and application work.
What you'll do
- Own and improve system reliability across the platform
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Manage Azure infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Build and maintain core services (e.g. Meeting Bot, VOIP), some shared with the Apps team
- Build full-stack application and internal tooling (TypeScript/Node.js) as the core requires
- Help make deployment safe and accessible for engineers without broad system permissions
Required
- Senior-level DevOps / platform experience: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud
- Strong hands-on Terraform experience
- Azure experience
- Full-stack application development ability (TypeScript/Node.js) — this is a build role, not ops-only
- Automation and reliability mindset, and comfort owning core systems
Nice to have
- VOIP experience (a real differentiator for this role)
- Experience making deploy tooling accessible to non-specialist engineers
- Kubernetes / container orchestration
- Observability tooling
