Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments with precision and flair
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain the salon’s cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit
- Promote retail sales by recommending hair care products tailored to individual needs, enhancing client satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and handling payments efficiently
- Upsell additional services or products to maximize client experience and salon revenue

Requirements

- Proven experience in professional hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations
- Ability to upsell services and retail items confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and front desk operations is preferred
- A valid cosmetology license or relevant certification as required by local regulations
