Services is urgently hiring Respite Support Workers for its dedicated team. In this full-time position, you will provide care for children with significant needs, using evidence-informed interventions.

Your role includes assessing client skills, managing challenging behavior, and creating a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Support therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs
- Provide a validating, nurturing setting for diverse clients
- Assess skills and needs through daily observations
- Engage children in recreational and individualized goals
- Manage challenging behavior using crisis intervention techniques Requirements:
- College Diploma in ECE, CYC, SSW, DSW, or equivalent
- Experience supporting children/youth with autism
- Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles
- Understanding of social service systems in the GTA
