What You’ll Be Doing

- Monitor and post equity, fixed-income, FX, and futures trades
- Support timely settlement and clearing by working closely with Citibank (custodian, middle office service provider, and collateral manager)
- Process post-trade activities including corporate actions and dividends
- Assist with setting up new broker relationships as requested by trading and legal
- Maintain complete and accurate standing data for securities in the securities database
- Coordinate with trading and provide trading support as needed (including information maintenance)
- Support analyst paper portfolios
- Track errors and help measure team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage process improvement projects, from small enhancements to larger initiatives, with the goal of streamlining operations

What You Must Have

- Undergraduate degree with a proven track record of academic achievement and continuous improvement
- 3–5 years of qualified experience with a track record of success and progression (internships/placements count)
- Prior experience in financial services is not required, but a strong interest in the investment industry is an asset
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication

Salary & Perks

- Salary: $55,000–$70,000 (depending on experience)
