Gas Station Supervisor – Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and support our team at a busy gas station and convenience store.

The Supervisor will be responsible for leading staff, managing orders and inventory, ensuring compliance, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and support employees during shifts
- Ensure staff follow all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with ID verification, tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and other age-restricted sales
- Ensure lottery tickets are properly signed before validation
- Complete store orders and monitor inventory levels
- Receive and verify deliveries and report discrepancies
- Ensure products are stocked, rotated, and properly displayed
- Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and shift reconciliation

- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance duties are completed
- Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Report incidents, maintenance issues, inventory discrepancies, and employee concerns to management




- Lead by example and ensure employees consistently meet company standards

What We're Looking For
- Previous gas station or convenience store experience strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and organized
- Comfortable managing employees and addressing performance issues
- Experience with ordering, inventory, cash handling, and POS systems is an asset
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for the operation of the store
- Strong attention to compliance and detail Important This is a hands-on supervisory position.

The Supervisor will assist with regular attendant duties while taking additional responsibility for staff, ordering, inventory, cash, compliance, cleanliness, safety, and overall shift operations. Reliability, integrity, leadership, and accountability are essential. Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as required.
