Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, assist with fueling, and answer questions about products and services
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Upsell convenience items, snacks, beverages, and car accessories to enhance customer experience and sales
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure cleanliness of the store area
- Conduct product demos when introducing new items or promotions to customers
- Maintain proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting remote customers




- Supervise store operations during shifts, including supervising team members if applicable, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles within the station
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management are essential
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers confidently and clearly
- Familiarity with grocery store operations or convenience retail environments is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards
